HO HO HO

Brooklyn has already made this Christmas season so enjoyable because of her shear excitement for the decorations. Brooklyn can spot a wreath a mile away. She gets so excited to see Christmas decorations that she doesn't know what to do with all the excitement and shakes her hands above her head and stomps her feet! All the new decorations has opened the door to learn new words. Brooklyn especially loves the Santa in a train we have outside. She says "hi" to him on her way in and out every day. Brooklyn is very good at the game "what does (word) say?" So she quickly picked up that Santa says HO HO HO. If you ask Brooklyn what Santa says she replies "hum hum hum!" Today we decided to go to Bella Terra to window shop and look at The Christmas decorations. We were happy to see that there was a Santa there. As soon as Brooklyn saw him she said "hum hum hum!" We watched for a minute as other children sat on his lap and took pictures, i was trying to get a feel if she would be brave enough to say "Hi". Brooklyn and i walked up and sat down next to Santa and to my surprise Brooklyn was not afraid at all. We smiled for the picture and then I wanted to show off Brooklyns talking skills so i asked her "what does Santa say" and right as she started to speak Santa let out a loud "HO HO HO"! I quickly looked at Brooklyn expecting to see tears and to my surprise Brooklyn had magical look on her face. Her eyes were bright, and she had a look of amazement on her face. I could tell she was thinking " Wow, he MUST be the real Santa!"
