Beauty and the Beast

When I was pregnant everyone would ask "what are you going to to with Jayden." They were pretty much asking if i was going to get rid of her. I knew in my heart that Jayden and Brooklyn would do just fine! My intuition was correct. Jayden is Brooklyn's protector, and Brooklyn is Jayden's best friend! Romeo and Lacey love Brooklyn and are both very good to her but are usually trying to avoid Brooklyn's ear pulling, tail tugging, and eye poking love. Jayden on the other hand takes it and generally seems to enjoy it. Brooklyn every morning pats her on the head and says "hi Jayden." The other night i was tickling Brooklyn and she was laughing really hard, Jayden started growling and sort of snapping in the air. After a few minutes Jayden was so upset she got and ran into the back room and would not come back out! Here are some pictures of them cuddling over the past year. Every baby needs a mastiff.
